• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat
• Refund Schedule:
  1. From registration opening (November 2026) through April 30, 2027: Maximum 80% refund
  2. From May 1, 2027, through July 31, 2027: 50% refund
  3. From August 1, 2027, onwards: No refund
• All approved refunds will be processed and managed after the conclusion of the congress

In the event of any natural disaster, act of God, public health emergency, civil unrest, travel disruption, or any other man-made or natural event beyond the reasonable control of the organizing committee occurring prior to, during, or after the conference:

• Postponement or Relocation: The committee reserves the right to adjust the event format, relocate the venue, or postpone the event for up to six (6) months. If the event proceeds under modified conditions, is relocated, or is postponed within this timeframe, registration fees are strictly non-refundable and will be transferred to the rescheduled event.
• Personal Expenses & Travel Disruptions: The committee shall not be held liable or financially responsible for any personal expenses, additional accommodation costs, stranded travel expenses, or secondary losses arising from travel or post-event disruptions (including, but not limited to, airport closures, flight cancellations, transit failures, or local emergencies).
• Personal Property Liability (All Conditions): The committee accepts no liability under any circumstances for the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal belongings, devices, or property of delegates occurring at any time before, during, or after the event.
• Insurance Recommendation: Delegates are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive individual travel and medical insurance covering trip cancellation, event disruption, travel delays, medical emergencies, and personal property loss.
